These terms apply between you and Glimana when you use glimana
(glimana.com and the panel under /app). By using the service you accept them.
1. What the service does
glimana crawls the websites you add; reads performance data from the Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 properties you connect; and turns that into technical findings, a prioritised task list and impact estimates. What exactly we read is set out in the Privacy Policy.
2. Beta
glimana is currently in beta. Features may change without notice, data may be recalculated, and there may be downtime. During the beta the service is free. If paid plans are introduced we will email you before your account is affected; nothing is charged without your agreement.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping it current.
- Keeping your password and any two-factor keys safe is your responsibility. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been used without your permission.
- People you invite to a workspace see what their role allows. You are responsible for whom you invite.
- You must be 18 or older.
4. Which sites you may add
You may add only sites you own or are authorised to manage. When you add a site our crawler
starts sending requests to it, and by adding it you confirm you may allow those requests. The crawler obeys
robots.txt and respects rate limits, and you can lower its rate or turn crawling off entirely
in the site settings.
5. The Google connection
By connecting a Google account you confirm you are entitled to access the Search Console and Analytics properties you connect. The scopes we request are read-only. You can disconnect at any time from the panel or from your Google account settings.
6. What you must not do
- Crawl sites you are not authorised to crawl, or use glimana to load someone else's site.
- Reverse-engineer the service, work around quotas and limits, or strain the infrastructure.
- Process unlawful content through the service or infringe anyone's rights.
- Share your API keys with third parties.
If any of these is breached we may suspend the account, with warning — or, in urgent cases, without one.
7. An honest word about the data and the estimates
- Search Console data depends on Google: it is usually two days behind, Google aggregates it, and low-volume queries are withheld for privacy. Totals in the panel can therefore differ from Google's own interface.
- "Estimated impact" figures are estimates, calculated from a click-through curve, your current position and impression volume. They are not guarantees, not commitments, and not a promise of rankings.
- Whether to act on a task is your decision, and the outcome is your responsibility.
8. Downtime and changes
We try to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, infrastructure changes, Google API quotas and third-party failures can interrupt it. We may add, change or remove features; if we remove one, we will tell you first.
9. Termination
You can close your account at any time; your data is then deleted on the schedule in the Privacy Policy. We may close an account for a serious breach of these terms. If you want to export your data first, email support@glimana.com.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit, lost data, or changes in your search rankings. Liability for intent and gross negligence is unaffected.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction over disputes. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
12. Changes and contact
If these terms change we update the date at the top of the page, and for a material change we email the address on your account. Questions: support@glimana.com.
